Two action-packed days of innovation, mentoring, evaluation rounds, and valedictory awards at ASET.
Guest Reception & Ceremonial Lamp Lighting
The esteemed guests and dignitaries will be received at the entrance by the Directors and Event Coordinators and escorted to the A Block Lobby, where the ceremonial lamp will be lit in the presence of the dignitaries.
Welcome & Opening by the Anchor
The anchor warmly welcomes all the esteemed dignitaries, distinguished guests, university leadership, faculty members, organizers, participants, and the audience.
Welcome Address by the Director
The Director of ASET formally welcomes the dignitaries and guests and addresses the gathering with the inaugural speech.
Address by the Chief Guest / Guest of Honour
The esteemed guest(s) share their thoughts, insights, and words of encouragement with the participants.
Felicitation Ceremony
The Chief Guest, Guest of Honour, and other distinguished dignitaries are felicitated as a token of respect and gratitude.
Hackathon Overview & Guidelines
A brief overview of the hackathon is presented, including its theme, objectives, format, rules, and evaluation criteria.
Announcement of the Problem Statement
The official hackathon problem statement/challenge is unveiled and explained to the participating teams.
Official Declaration of the Hackathon
The hackathon is officially declared open, marking the beginning of the participants' journey.
Vote of Thanks
The Event Coordinator delivers the Vote of Thanks to the dignitaries, faculty, organizers, and participants.
Commencement of AMIHACKS Activities
Teams proceed to the hacking zone and Robo Race arena to settle in with their systems and bots ahead of the main event commencement.
Hackathon Coding Officially Begins
Participating teams begin active development on their solutions. The 24-hour coding clock begins!
Robo Race
The Robo Race competition will be conducted in parallel with the Hackathon coding competition.
DJ Night
High-energy music, lights, and celebration to recharge all participating hackers.
Hostels Closed – Participants to Stay Overnight at ASET
Hostels close for the night; all participants remain within the ASET campus and may continue hacking through the night.
Mentoring & Project Review
Judges and mentors conduct a comprehensive review of team progress and prototypes.
Final Presentations & Demos
Teams present and demo their solutions and prototypes to the judging panel in the auditorium.
Judges' Deliberation & Result Declaration & Valedictory
The judging panel deliberates and finalizes the results, followed by the grand result announcement and valedictory ceremony.
